Shortcake Reversible Romper and Dress Giveaway

I’m excited to be part of The Cottage Home blog tour in honor of her newest patterns!

DSC_1753_thumb[1]

As the title says, this was made using Lindsay’s pattern (The Cottage Home) that just came out. It’s called the Shortcake Reversible Romper and Dress. I obviously chose the romper and I made it a size 4T, just in case, so it would fit her next summer. Since B just turned 3 in September, I think it would have been better to make the 3T. But now it will just be worn for a lot longer!DSC_1746_thumb[2]

The pattern was very professionally made and so easy to understand! Lindsay did a great job on it! I love that there are no exposed seams since it is reversible. I also loved that there are great pictures to go along with each step—don’t we all wish the store-bought patterns would do the same?!DSC_1755_thumb[3]

Interested in winning your very own Shortcake Reversible Romper and Dress Pattern? There will be two winners!

To enter, leave one comment below telling me if you’d make the romper or dress.

For two extra entries (each with a separate comment), you can like The Cottage Home on facebook HERE, and you can follow The Cottage Home

Make sure and leave a way to contact you in your comment if you don’t have an email hooked up to your profile!

Giveaway will run through Saturday, November 12th, 11:59 pm MST.  Good luck!

Shutterfly Greetings/Holiday Cards Giveaway: 3 winners!

I’ve used Shutterfly for some past photo book projects and have loved them. When my kids turn two, I make them a book that tells all about what they were like at that age. My kids really love reading theirs and it has been a fun way to remember the way they were when they were discovering the world around them. I’ve also used Shutterfly to make a couple books for Grandparents, which as we all know, Grandparents love to have pictures of their grandkids around!

Shutterfly has some AMAZING Christmas cards and stationary! I spent at least 20 minutes browsing through, debating on which cards I would order. They have a wonderful selection and a huge variety of styles. click on image to be directed to that particular card.

I know it’s a couple months away, but why not get your Christmas cards made and get something crossed off your ever-growing to-do list?

Three of you will win 25 free cards from Shutterfly. I will send each winner a code that you’ll use during check-out.

Christmas is an expensive time of year, so this is a great opportunity to save some money! Can you tell I’m loving the turquoise and red ones?

I also like some of the more classic ones:

Or the more fun ones:

To enter the giveaway, just leave one comment below. Giveaway runs through Friday October 28th 11:59 MST. Leave a way to contact you, please! Good luck choosing your favorite!

I am pleased to welcome a new sponsor, Modern Fabric Studio. modern fabric_thumb[3]

I love fabric shops that have something I’ve never seen before, but fall in love with instantly!

Amanda is the owner and also has a blog and a facebook page.

See that awesome car fabric up there?  It’s new from Echino Nico 2011 and has some great prints, like the Cable Car in Black.

Amanda carries some great designer fabric, like Amy Butler, Joel Dewberry, and Valori Wells.  The new lark line from Amy Butler will be coming soon, and I am loving this Souvenir in Lemon voile.

Lots of GREAT fabric to choose from!  What a neat shop!

To enter to win a $25.00 credit towards this shop, visit Modern Fabric Studio and leave a comment here telling me what fabric you’d buy with your gift certificate. Purse Week Giveaway: Stacie from jame (closed)

I am so excited to show you our giveaway for Purse Week. When Stacie from jame asked if I would be interested in giving away this amazing bag, I jumped at the chance. Isn’t it great!?

IMG_5078_thumb[2]
Seriously, it’s so creative! I absolutely love this bag!  And not only do you have a chance to win the actual bag, but there will also be FIVE winners of her PDF pattern for this bag, over at her blog. Click HERE to enter for the PDF pattern on jame.

Let’s hear from Stacie now!_________________________________________________________________________

I'm Stacie, I blog over at jame, and I absolutely love coming to A Lemon Squeezy Home for inspiration. So I can't even tell you how thrilled I am to participate in Purse Week with this giveaway. Truly, I'm giddy.

I've recently put together a new PDF pattern for my over.the.shoulder bag, and while I'm giving away 5 copies of the pattern over at my site, I'm giving away the real deal right here! One winner here at A Lemon Squeezy Home will become the new owner of this over.the.shoulder bag.

I made the over.the.shoulder bag because with two little ones (16 months and 3 months) my hands are too full to worry about having my diaper bag slip off of my shoulder.

I know I'm not the only one. The over.the.shoulder bag fits a standard notebook, and small textbook, which makes it great for the school year. It's dressy-casual, so the same bag I wear to the grocery store in my pajamas, I also bring to church. My husband is even willing to wear this one around with the girls.

It has a weaved front, a zipper closure, an adjustable strap (braided), a side pocket, and a fully lined interior...

...and it's just sitting here, waiting for you to claim it.
