Pattern Giveaway: Lilac Lane (closed)

Melissa Stramel from Lilac Lane has just released two exciting and fun patterns.  Here’s a little bit about Melissa, if you don’t know her yet:

“In 2009 and 2010, Melissa designed patterns for the Moda Bake Shop and Riley Blake's Cutting Corners. Then in the spring of 2010, Melissa was inspired by her young daughters to try something new. She began designing fabrics to fill a void she saw in the industry. She wanted something beautiful and yet fun which could be enjoyed by women of all ages. Thus, her first line, HoneySweet was born, a culmination of childhood memories and her love of flower gardening. Another driving factor for this collection was a desire to make something unique, lovely and fun.  Melissa's fabrics are produced by Fine Lines fabrics and her patterns by QuiltWoman.com.”

She designs fabric!  So cool!  And she’s a very sweet person, so be sure to check out her blog

One of you lucky readers will win both patterns!

The Joy Bag:

“This is the perfect bag for everyday or for a night on the town.  Have fun learning to make pleats!  Choose from two sizes and decide if you want to include the optional stripe.  You can even mix it up and pick three or four colors.  Then you are ready to get started.  This bag makes a quick gift for your favorite friend or relative.”

AND you’ll also win…

The Bountiful Bag:

“The Bountiful bag pattern lets you go green in style!  Don't you love all the efforts to go green these day?  And yet, most reusable grocery bags look nothing like the original grocery sack.  I'm talking the traditional, tried and true, fold-able paper bag.  Recycle some fabrics from your stash to make a stylish statement while shipping with Bountiful.  The pattern also includes lunch bag and gift sack instructions.”

Only one entry/comment per person.  Tell me who you would make one of these for! Deadline for entries end Friday, May 13th, at 4:00 pm MST.
