I would totally get the 2" square die. I love making pixel quilts and if cut just a little off then my squares do not line up and it is a mess! I'm a nerd, but I like to make 8-bit video game quilts...like donkey kong, mario, pac-man, etc. I just finished a dig dug quilt and I'm loving it, but it would have been so much easier with the 2" square die!

I would definitely choose a basic uilting shape die. I would think long and hard over the 5" square, 2 1/2" square, and the 3 1/2 x 6 1/2" rectangle.

I am in love with the Dove (also my middle name) Item #55350. I would not only use it for holidays but the local crisis center uses it for the emblem and it would be nice to donate quilts with dove on it.

Wow - I didn't even know this existed. If they had this in the 80's when I was a quilter, I probably never would have quit. The choices and possibilities are mind boggling. The blazing star die caught my eye - Eleanor Burns was one of my first quilt teachers (on TV). Love her quick and easy approach to assembly!
