Shortcake Reversible Romper and Dress Giveaway

I’m excited to be part of The Cottage Home blog tour in honor of her newest patterns!

DSC_1753_thumb[1]

As the title says, this was made using Lindsay’s pattern (The Cottage Home) that just came out. It’s called the Shortcake Reversible Romper and Dress. I obviously chose the romper and I made it a size 4T, just in case, so it would fit her next summer. Since B just turned 3 in September, I think it would have been better to make the 3T. But now it will just be worn for a lot longer!DSC_1746_thumb[2]

The pattern was very professionally made and so easy to understand! Lindsay did a great job on it! I love that there are no exposed seams since it is reversible. I also loved that there are great pictures to go along with each step—don’t we all wish the store-bought patterns would do the same?!DSC_1755_thumb[3]

Interested in winning your very own Shortcake Reversible Romper and Dress Pattern? There will be two winners!

To enter, leave one comment below telling me if you’d make the romper or dress.

For two extra entries (each with a separate comment), you can like The Cottage Home on facebook HERE, and you can follow The Cottage Home

Make sure and leave a way to contact you in your comment if you don’t have an email hooked up to your profile!

Giveaway will run through Saturday, November 12th, 11:59 pm MST.  Good luck!

I'd have to make my 4 year-old a romper, and then I'd maybe even attempt to change the ties into button tabs so that my son could have a version of this, as well. So cute!

I've love to say the Romper is what I'd make. I loved the Romper since she first posted this pattern. But, I'd have to see the pattern first as my Granddaughter is quite the little chunk. She's only just turned 4 yrs old but is already wearing size 6 or lgr depending on the outfit. For sure I'd make the dress. I love reversible things like these. The first little dress I made for her was a reverisble dress althoguh with my very rusty sewing skills it wasn't something I'd charge anyone to have. lol

I'd hate to mention it but you realize that adorable little girl of yours is losing that baby face right? She's turning into an adorable young girl already Momma.

The romper and dress are both completely adorable. I'm mad about reversible clothes. As my little one is just beginning to crawl I think I would start with the romper. I can imagine making many versions of both as she grows.

Tough choice. I love the dress, but the romper seems like a fun an unique piece to make. The dress. No ... the romper. No, definitely the dress ...
